Any incident involving bodily fluids will result in a minimum $200 sanitation fee. This fee may be higher depending on the extent of cleaning required. The vehicle will be removed from service until fully restored.

🚬 Smoking — Strictly Prohibited — $200 Minimum
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in all Nashville Private Rides vehicles — including cigarettes, cigars, vaping devices, and any other substances. A minimum $200 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected.

The client and all passengers assume full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the vehicle during the booking period beyond normal wear and use. Nashville Private Rides documents vehicle condition before and after every booking with photographs. Damage fees are assessed based on the severity of the damage and the actual cost of repair or replacement.

By completing a Nashville Private Rides booking, the client authorises Nashville Private Rides to charge the card on file for any damage or cleaning fees assessed following inspection after the booking. Nashville Private Rides may terminate service without refund if passengers are causing damage or endangering the driver or vehicle.

Nashville Private Rides operates a premium fleet including the GMC Yukon XL, Chevrolet Suburban, Mercedes Sprinter Van, Executive Mini Coach, and 56-Passenger Charter Bus. Every vehicle is professionally maintained and inspected before each booking. Damage to these premium vehicles incurs repair costs in line with factory-certified service standards.

Payment Policy

All bookings require a valid credit or debit card on file. By completing a Nashville Private Rides booking, the client authorises Nashville Private Rides to charge the card for the booking amount, overtime charges, applicable cleaning fees, and any damage assessments following inspection.

Waiting Time Policy

Airport pickups: 30-minute complimentary wait after the flight lands. Nashville Private Rides tracks every flight in real time.
All other pickups: 10-minute grace period from the confirmed pickup time. Additional waiting time beyond the grace period may be charged at the applicable vehicle rate.

Items Left in Vehicle

Nashville Private Rides is not responsible for personal items left in any vehicle. If you believe you have left an item, call (615) 810-1007 immediately so we can attempt to locate it before the vehicle is reassigned.

Service Termination

Nashville Private Rides reserves the right to terminate service without refund if passengers are endangering the driver or vehicle, causing damage, in possession of illegal substances, or engaging in misconduct. The full booking amount will be charged in these cases.

Weather & Delays
