We planned a list minute day trip and had the best time. Frank was so responsive and accommodating to our request. Our driver Hakem was wonderful; equally professional, polite, and engaging. Great driver who was responsive to our requests and seemed to take pride in making sure we had a delightful experience.

Frank and his Nashville drivers were absolutely amazing! From the moment we booked, communication was excellent. Frank texted me a couple of days before our trip to make sure we had each other’s numbers, and our drivers checked in right before pickup.
We had a group of 24 and they provided two beautiful luxury Sprinter vans. The drivers were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful with our luggage getting on and off the vans. The pricing was excellent for our group, and gratuity was included, which made everything so easy.
Frank was fantastic to work with, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Whether you need transportation for one person, two people, or a large group, I highly recommend Frank and his team. We will absolutely use them again when we’re back in Nashville!

Frank and crew were awesome! I was hesitant at first to hire them because their prices were much below other companies- we hired them for our group of 30 for several rides during our Nashville trip - including airport pickup and hotel drop off- on time each ride and professional and nice drivers!! I'll definitely use them again!!!

These guys are true professionals and took all the worry out of getting me to and from the Nashville Airport this week. This was my first ever experience with hiring a transportation company and they made me feel very comfortable and I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing I could count on them. I will definitely call on them for my transportation needs for my next vacation! Thanks guys!

This was one of the biggest and most important events in the history of Church of the City. Nashville Private Rides provided elite service for it - 4 sprinter vans, each with a driver! Everyone - Rick running point and Raj, Cale, and Bri were all very professional from their attire to engagement with myself and guests. They opened the doors and even set out a step stool for rider.
Also appreciate their responsiveness before and during the event and Frank's responsiveness in getting the reservation dialed in on a short timeline. Noting their pricing was more than reasonable and less than other local companies.
We will definitely be using Nashville Private Rides for future events when we can!

Great experience! I coordinated with Frank to have my brother and family (including a little dog) picked up/taken to the airport while they were visiting me. Great pricing for the trips! The driver was on time and polite. The flight back was rescheduled due to weather and there were no issues rescheduling a last minute pick up. Overall great experience and highly recommend!

Frank was amazing! We flew in from Canada, and he was waiting for us and made sure we arrived safely. We had a group of 10, and he was very thorough, making a pit stop when needed. The van was spotless, and he was extremely professional.
We ended up booking him for our return trip as well, and he stayed in contact with us throughout our visit. I highly recommend booking with Nashville Private Rides. Excellent service from start to finish!

We had an excellent experience with Frank! He took great care of our family, including our two young boys, providing transportation to and from two concerts during a very busy weekend in Nashville.
Frank was always early, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and made everything stress-free from start to finish. Knowing we had reliable transportation waiting for us after the concerts gave us so much peace of mind. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating with our family.
If you’re looking for dependable, safe, and top-notch transportation service, we highly recommend Frank. We would absolutely use his service again the next time we’re in Nashville!

We had a great experience with Nashville Private Rides for my just-married son and daughter-in-law. Frank made the process so easy, always responding very quickly to questions. The bride and groom really enjoyed their “get away” ride from the wedding venue with Masod. He was friendly and interesting and made them feel safe and right at home. I highly recommend Nashville Private Rides. I hope I have another special occasion to use them!

What a treat! Frank was right on time at both pick-up points to and from the airport. The sprinter van was new and absolutely pristine. The communication was outstanding. He directed us exactly where to go when walking out of the airport, and we were thrilled to only have to walk a few steps outside of baggage claim after a full day of travel. Highly recommend!
